On behalf of a leading national real estate advisory firm, I am recruiting for a Surveyor to join the Property Management team based in Mayfair, regarded by many as the leaders in the market. Their London Real Estate Management Team is a market-leading specialist group within the broader UK Property Management division, dedicated to the dynamic and complex needs of London’s office, mixed-use, and business park assets. Operating from their flagship Mayfair office, the team manages a substantial and diverse portfolio on behalf of institutional investors, REITs, developers, property companies, and private clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a flagship account managing a portfolio of unique industrial and retail park assets. The client is a well-known brand with a substantial commercial real estate portfolio in and around London, recently headlining in the news following the announcement of a highly anticipated development in Central London.

The culture promotes flexibility, collaboration, and innovation. With a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) and a strong focus on professional development, this is an outstanding opportunity for a Surveyor seeking career progression within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the transition and onboarding of new properties into management, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare high-quality client reports, offering clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage and monitor critical lease events (e.g., rent reviews, expiries, break clauses) and support the implementation of asset strategies.
  • Draft, review, and monitor service charge budgets and property cashflows to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Identify asset management initiatives to enhance property performance and occupier experience.
  • Support ESG initiatives and apply data-led decision-making to improve property and portfolio outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Surveyor/Graduate who has recently completed or is due to complete APC. Alternatively, significant experience already gained within commercial property management will be considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in client and tenant communications.
  • Commercially astute with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
  • Knowledgeable about current industry trends, including ESG integration, smart building technologies, and occupier engagement strategies.

What the Client Offers:

  • Competitive basic salary up to £40,000
  • Car allowance and discretionary bonus (industry leading)
  • Hybrid working pattern (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
  • Structured career development and regular professional training opportunities
  • Access to best-in-class technology and live financial reporting tools
  • Involvement with prestigious client accounts and varied property portfolios
  • A dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-driven team culture
  • Strong focus on wellbeing, work-life balance, and employee empowerment
