Base pay range: Up to £60,000 plus package. Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

About the Role: You’ll be part of the in-house property management team, taking responsibility for a mixed portfolio including retail and mixed-use assets. You’ll work closely with Asset Management, FM and wider operational teams, giving you exposure well beyond day-to-day property management and a real understanding of how value is created.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of commercial assets
  • Service charge budgeting and management
  • FM coordination and statutory compliance
  • Tenant relationships and lease events
  • Supporting asset management initiatives including refurbishments, reletting and value-add works
  • Assisting with new acquisitions and disposals as the portfolio continues to grow

Requirements:

  • A Surveyor or Senior Surveyor with commercial property management experience
  • Commercially aware, technically sound and comfortable taking ownership
  • Experience with Qube or Horizon beneficial but not required
  • MRICS welcomed but not a deal breaker
  • Someone bright, motivated and keen to progress
