Senior Associate to help lead and grow its Commercial Property Management team.

You'll take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio while combining

Property Management, Asset Management and Facilities Management , working closely with key clients to deliver strategic advice and exceptional service.

The Opportunity

  • Lead and grow a well-established Commercial Property Management team.
  • Take full responsibility for the management and performance of a commercial portfolio.
  • Provide strategic Asset Management advice to maximise value across client assets.
  • Oversee Facilities Management, ensuring buildings are operated efficiently and remain fully compliant.
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships with direct exposure to key decision-makers.
  • Mentor and support junior surveyors while helping drive the continued growth of the business.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team and have genuine input into the direction of the department.

About You

MRICS qualified .

  • Significant experience within Commercial Property Management.
  • Strong understanding of Asset Management principles and commercial property performance.
  • Knowledge of Facilities Management, building compliance and operational management.
  • Confident managing high-profile client relationships.
  • Commercially minded with ambitions to take on greater leadership responsibility.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and growing a successful team.
