A leading international real estate investment manager is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join its London-based team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-capitalised platform with a diverse portfolio spanning core, core-plus and value-add strategies across the UK.
The Role
Working as part of a high-performing asset management team, you will take responsibility for driving performance across a varied portfolio. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing asset-level business plans
- Managing leasing activity, including rent reviews and regears
- Overseeing external property managers to ensure strong tenant engagement and operational performance
- Managing agents, legal advisors and other consultants on asset initiatives
- Leading on CAPEX programmes, refurbishments and repositioning projects where required
- Contributing to investor reporting and portfolio-level analysis
- Supporting acquisitions through due diligence and integration
Candidate Profile
At least 8 years proven asset management experience within UK real estate, across either Office or Industrial or ideally mixed portfolios. Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Numerate with solid financial analysis capability. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Proactive, hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
