We are currently partnering with a leading global real estate consultancy to recruit a Graduate Commercial Property Manager to join their London team.
Our client is a highly regarded firm with an extensive and diverse commercial property portfolio across the UK, including office, retail, and mixed-use assets. The business is known for its market-leading expertise, strong client relationships, and commitment to developing early-career talent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build a long-term career in commercial property management, offering hands-on experience and full support through the APC pathway towards MRICS qualification.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day management of a varied commercial property portfolio
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants, ensuring strong professional relationships are maintained
- Support lease administration, including renewals, rent reviews, and general occupier matters
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure
- Coordinate maintenance works, refurbishments, and compliance-related activities
- Conduct regular property inspections and site visits
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and agents to ensure high-quality service delivery
- RICS-accredited degree (essential)
- Previous experience in commercial property (internship or graduate level preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
