Madison Berkeley has been exclusively instructed by a London based real estate investment & asset management company with a UK portfolio with a significant AUM. This well-established company delivers long term value add growth to their stable office focused portfolio.

We are seeking an MRICS-qualified office focused Asset Manager to take day-to-day ownership of a London and UK wide portfolio.

The Role

This is a commercially focused, hands-on position where you will drive income and value through proactive leasing, rent reviews and renewals, asset repositioning and targeted capex initiatives. You’ll take responsibility for executing asset business plans, managing agents and professional advisers, leading negotiations with tenants and supporting acquisitions and disposals where required.

Working closely with Property & Facilities Management, Development, Legal and Finance teams, you’ll play a key role in maximising performance across an allocated portfolio while supporting sustainability initiatives and wider strategic objectives.

About You

You’ll have a strong track record in office asset management, particularly proactive letting and negotiation. Commercially astute and self-motivated, you’re comfortable managing multiple workstreams, analysing investments, overseeing consultants and taking real ownership of assets.
