An unique opportunity has arisen to join a well-capitalised and entrepreneurial property company with a mixed-use commercial portfolio along with an active acquisition strategy across London and the South East. The business has a strong track record of value-add driven investing across multiple commercial sectors, with a particular focus on industrial and logistics assets. Operating within a lean, high performing environment, the successful candidate will gain direct exposure to acquisitions, deal execution and investment strategy alongside experienced senior decision makers.

The Role: This position will suit a commercially minded MRICS Qualified surveyor with investment agency or client side investment exposure. You’ll be at the forefront of the company's investment strategy. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will be involved in sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions, while taking real ownership and responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and assessing investment opportunities across London and the South East
  • Undertaking detailed financial modelling, cashflow analysis and investment appraisals
  • Preparing clear and concise investment papers for internal approval
  • Coordinating commercial due diligence processes and managing external advisers
  • Assisting with negotiation of heads of terms, contracts and transaction structures
  • Supporting acquisitions through to completion
  • Monitoring market activity, pricing trends and investment sentiment
  • Supporting asset level strategy and value creation initiatives post-acquisition where appropriate

Candidate Profile:

  • Background within commercial agency, investment, capital markets or client side investment
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
