Madison Berkeley have partnered with one of London’s most prestigious property development, investment and management companies to hire a Residential Building Manager for a flagship Build to Rent asset. The business is fully integrated across development, investment, leasing and management, with one of the most recognised residential platforms in London.

The successful individual will take full responsibility for the day to day running of one of their flagship BTR developments where rental values range from £3,500 to £10,000 per month and service delivery is expected to be best in class.

  • Lead and motivate on-site concierge and cleaning teams
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to residents and guests
  • Oversee building operations, compliance, health & safety, and ESG initiatives
  • Ensure the development is always presented to the highest standard
  • Collaborate with wider estate and asset management teams

About you:

You will have experience managing high end residential or BTR assets, with a strong operational background across staff management, contractors and resident engagement.
