The Role
Reporting into an Asset Management Director, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role with responsibility for a varied portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing asset-level business plans, driving value through leasing strategies, active management and identifying asset enhancement opportunities. The role offers exposure to both stabilised assets and more complex, value-add situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and execution of asset business plans
- Driving leasing activity and managing external agents to reduce vacancy
- Identifying and delivering value-add initiatives (refurbishment, repositioning, income enhancement)
- Oversight of property managers and professional advisors
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and wider lease events
- Budgeting, reporting and performance analysis across the portfolio
- Supporting sustainability initiatives in line with fund strategy
Requirements
- Proven asset management experience within UK real estate
- Expertise within UK Industrial and / or Office properties
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of property fundamentals
- Experience managing agents, advisors and leasing teams
- Financially and analytically strong, with solid reporting capability
