Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate) Leeds / Sheffield Region | Remote Working | Client Side

Salary: £55,000 per annum + £6,300 Car Allowance

Location: Home-based with UK travel across the Leeds & Sheffield region and just 2 days per month in the office.

We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading listed Real Estate Investment Trusts for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of healthcare real estate across the Leeds and Sheffield and wider Yorkshire region. A unique and rare opportunity to join an established client side business that owns and actively manages one of the UK's largest specialist property portfolios, where you'll work within a collaborative team and enjoy genuine flexibility without compromising on exposure or responsibility. Unlike traditional managing agent roles, you'll focus on adding value across a portfolio where tenant relationships, compliance, service delivery and asset performance all go hand in hand.

The Role

  • Managing your own regional portfolio, you'll be responsible for ensuring every property operates efficiently, remains compliant and continues to deliver an exceptional occupier experience.
  • Working closely with Asset Management, Facilities Management and Finance teams, you'll take ownership of:
    • Managing a commercial property portfolio across the Yorkshire region.
    • Building strong relationships with occupiers and key stakeholders.
    • Service charge budgeting, expenditure and reconciliations.
    • Attend inspections and asset compliance.
    • Coordinating contractors and planned maintenance programmes.
    • Supporting capital works and refurbishment projects.
    • Monitoring statutory compliance including H&S, fire safety and asbestos.
    • Working alongside internal Asset Management teams to maximise long-term portfolio performance.

Essential:

  • Commercial Property Management experience (MRICS Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of service charge management
  • Excellent landlord & tenant understanding
  • Experience managing contractors and compliance
  • A proactive, organised approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
