A leading UK real estate advisory and management firm is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join its high-performing Property Management team, working across a portfolio of flagship Central London office assets.

The Role

You’ll support the end-to-end management of major London office buildings, ensuring exceptional service delivery while contributing to asset strategy. The position offers high exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across investment, asset management, ESG and leasing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing large multi-let Central London office assets day-to-day
  • Acting as a key contact for occupiers, ensuring exceptional service standards
  • Supporting leasing events including renewals, rent reviews and re-gears
  • Preparing, monitoring and reconciling complex service charge budgets
  • Overseeing contractors, FM partners and service providers
  • Ensuring full compliance with H&S and statutory regulations
  • Delivering accurate and coordinated client reporting
  • Supporting refurbishment, enhancement and repositioning projects
  • Working closely with internal teams to improve asset performance

About You:

  • Strong commercial property management background, ideally within London offices
  • Confident managing multi-let assets and complex service charge structures
  • Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-driven and comfortable operating in a high-performance environment.
