Job Title: Senior Surveyor / Associate Director – Capital Markets (Data Centres)

Location: London Based (UK & European Focus)

Sector: Capital Markets – Data Centres (No prior DC experience required)

The Role:

We are seeking a driven Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join a high-performing Capital Markets team, focused on sourcing, analysing, and executing investment transactions across the UK and continental Europe.

Requirements:

• Current experience in Capital Markets (Industrial, Retail, or Office sectors all considered)
• Strong transactional understanding and deal execution capabilities
• Interest in technology-led real estate and emerging asset classes
• Ambition to work on high-profile cross-border transactions
• London-based or open to relocation to London.
• MRICS Qualified Preferred & relevant RICS Degree.

Note: Direct experience in Data Centres is not required – full training and sector insight will be provided.
