The role sits within a high performing Property Management division responsible for delivering best‑in‑class management services across a flagship commercial estate. This position operates above the level of a traditional Property Manager role, with a strong focus on leadership, operational oversight and stakeholder management across a complex, high profile environment. The successful individual will oversee Property Managers and operational teams across multiple assets, ensuring exceptional occupier experience and service delivery throughout the estate.
Responsibilities
- Leadership, coaching and development of Property Management teams
- Oversight of service charge budgets and management accounts
- Building strong relationships with office and retail occupiers
- Oversight of health & safety and operational compliance
- Working alongside Property Managers and Technical Managers across the portfolio
- Driving ESG initiatives including energy, waste and sustainability management
- Ensuring best in class customer experience across the estate
