Senior Development Manager - BTR, PBSA and PRS I’m partnering with a leading London developer to find an experienced SDM who can take full ownership of major residential plots through construction, handover and completion.
They need someone who has delivered complex schemes across Build-to-Rent, high-end market-sale residential or purpose-built student accommodation - and who knows how to drive a project when the pressure is on.
You’ll be responsible for
- Leading consultant, contractor and internal teams
- Managing programme, budget, quality and risk
