We are working exclusively with a growing, well capitalised real estate platform on a key strategic hire within their Commercial Property Management team. This is not a standard property management role. This is a CRM lead position, initially focused on mobilising a pipeline of newly acquired assets, before evolving into a team build and leadership opportunity as the platform continues to scale.
The Role
- You will take the lead on onboarding and mobilising new commercial assets, ensuring a seamless transition into management and setting the standard for how the portfolio is run moving forward.
- Beyond mobilisation, you will play a key role in shaping processes, systems and best practice across the business, with a clear mandate to build a team around you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mobilisation of new commercial assets from acquisition through to full management.
- Set up and implement property management processes, systems and reporting.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients during onboarding.
- Oversee service charge budgets, compliance and operational set up.
- Work closely with asset management teams to align with business plans.
- Identify hiring needs and support the build out of the team.
