Madison Berkeley are delighted to be working with a globally recognised Real Estate Asset Manager who are actively looking to strengthen their UK Real Estate BTR / Living / PBSA team. We are looking to speak with ambitious, experienced, hands on asset managers who hold extensive residential exposure and looking to join a leading global firm.

This role will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to work within a high performing team who are looking to build upon the companies successes across continental Europe. The company has a lean but experienced team in London who are actively managing a fund worth in excess of £1.5bn, the fund strategy has been set, there is equity to deploy in due course and require a hands on “doer” to join the Asset Management function.

The role will require an experienced residential asset manager with the capabilities to optimise performance, efficiencies and value, you’ll be tasked with executing business plans set by the portfolio management team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving value through hands on asset management incentives which may include rent reviews, lease renewals, development, refurbishments, acquisitions and disposals.
  • You’ll be required to review business plans, compliance, budget controls and ensure all obligations have been met.
  • Manage all external 3rd party consultants, design and implement ESG Strategies, regular reporting, site visits and assist with new build delivery.
