Madison Berkeley are partnered exclusively with a well capitalised property investment and asset management business looking to hire an Asset Manager within their growing Industrial team.
This is a genuinely hands on opportunity offering direct exposure across asset management, leasing and investment activity from day one.
The successful individual will take ownership across parts of a predominantly industrial portfolio spanning London and the South East, working closely with a highly experienced senior leadership team.
- Lease renewals, rent reviews, regears and asset management initiatives
- Exposure to acquisitions and disposals
- Regular site inspections across the portfolio
Up to 2 years PQE within commercial property, property management or asset management.
Industrial experience beneficial but not essential.
Commercially minded with ambitions to progress long term within asset management and investment.
Bonus: Pool cars including Tesla access for site visits.
