Madison Berkeley are partnered with a privately owned real estate investment and property business on the hire of a Property Manager for their Central London team. The business manages a high end residential portfolio across Zones 1 on behalf of high net worth overseas investors and offers an excellent opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative team environment with genuine long term progression opportunities.

Unlike many traditional Property Management roles, this position offers the opportunity over time to gain exposure to the investment and asset management side of the business, working closely with senior leadership across acquisitions, portfolio performance and wider commercial decision making. The role would suit an organised and commercially minded individual who wants to broaden their exposure within a privately owned investment environment rather than remain within a purely operational Property Management position long term.

The Role:

  • Management of a prime Central London AST portfolio
  • Liaising directly with occupiers, landlords and contractors
  • Managing maintenance works, refurbishments and compliance
  • Working alongside external letting agents
  • Supporting the wider operational management of the portfolio
  • Exposure to high net worth clients, asset management
