Madison Berkeley are exclusively partnered with a highly regarded FTSE listed real estate investor and developer on the appointment of a Residential Manager within their Central London team. This is a rare opportunity to join a best in class owner operator platform managing some of London’s most recognised mixed use estates and residential assets. Unlike a traditional block management position, this role is focused far more on strategic oversight, performance management and landlord representation across a premium residential portfolio spanning BTR, AST and mixed use assets.

You will oversee external managing agents, drive operational standards across the portfolio and manage key landlord matters including service charges, arrears, insurance, landlord works and occupier coordination. The role also offers exposure to wider asset management initiatives and the commercial performance of assets within a sophisticated institutional environment.
