We are looking for a talented and driven Commercial Leasing Manager to oversee and execute the leasing strategy for an exciting mixed-use development in East London. The role will be based on site in East London and will play a key role in the growth of a vibrant, integrated community and to shape the future of a landmark development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the leasing strategy across a premier mixed-use development in East London, including commercial and residential properties.
- Lead the leasing of large commercial spaces, working alongside external professionals to achieve high occupancy and rental values.
