A UK & European Property Investment Company with a portfolio valued at over £1bn is seeking an experienced & proactive Asset Manager to take on day-to-day responsibility for a London based office portfolio. The role will require existing client side asset management & office leasing experience.
Role Overview
You will lead the active asset management of office and business space, working closely with internal teams (FM, Legal, Finance, Development) and external stakeholders (tenants, agents, and solicitors). The role includes managing lettings, lease events, capex projects, and supporting acquisitions, disposals, and ESG initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing, marketing, and tenant relationships
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and dilapidations
- Appoint agents and negotiate letting terms
- Identify and drive value-enhancing refurbishment opportunities
- Liaise with solicitors, valuers, and consultants
- Provide reporting and financial modelling support
- Assist with sales, acquisitions, and sustainability strategies
Requirements
- MRICS qualified with 5 years’+ post-qualification experience
- Current client side commercial asset management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
- RICS Accredited Degree
