They are now seeking an Asset Manager to join their wider retail team to drive their prime retail portfolio in London to be the place of choice.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering portfolio business plans by delivering commercially attractive lease and re-gear transactions lease events, rent reviews
- Large refurbishment projects
- Preparing financial appraisals and recommendation reports for investment, development and asset management activity
- Working closely with internal teams such as property management and development
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and explaining any variances to plan.
- Champion sustainability across the portfolio assets
- Influence tenant mix and be one step ahead of future trends and occupier needs
Requirements:
- Newly qualified – 2 year PQE Surveyor who has a genuine interest in the retail and f&b sector with a good knowledge of brands
- Understanding of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act
- Understanding of how to create value through asset management activity
- Ability to create and nurture relationships
- Knowledge of development appraisals
- Strong financial acumen – ability to understand cash flows, business plans, valuations
