A growing, sustainability-led property business is hiring a Graduate Sustainability Surveyor to join their London team. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across both ESG strategy and real asset operations from day one.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across ESG and Property Management, supporting the delivery of sustainability initiatives across a high-quality commercial portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting ESG reporting and performance tracking (energy, carbon, water, waste)
- Assisting with frameworks such as GRESB, CRREM, NABERS UK and MEES
- Working alongside Property Managers on day-to-day asset operations
- Engaging with occupiers and supporting sustainability initiatives on-site
- Contributing to compliance, data management, and asset performance reviews
