About the Role: You’ll be part of the in-house property management team, taking responsibility for a mixed portfolio including retail and mixed-use assets. You’ll work closely with Asset Management, FM and wider operational teams, giving you exposure well beyond day-to-day property management and a real understanding of how value is created.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on management of commercial assets
- Service charge budgeting and management
- FM coordination and statutory compliance
- Tenant relationships and lease events
- Supporting asset management initiatives including refurbishments, reletting and value-add works
- Assisting with new acquisitions and disposals as the portfolio continues to grow
Requirements:
- A Surveyor or Senior Surveyor with commercial property management experience
- Commercially aware, technically sound and comfortable taking ownership
- Experience with Qube or Horizon beneficial but not required
- MRICS welcomed but not a deal breaker
- Someone bright, motivated and keen to progress
