Madison Berkeley is exclusively partnered with a highly regarded Central London based property, asset and fund management business to appoint a Senior Surveyor within their growing Property & Asset Management team. This is a genuinely blended Property and Asset Management role, offering exposure that is increasingly difficult to find in today's market. The business manages a substantial mixed use portfolio across office, retail and industrial assets on behalf of private clients, investment managers and funds. Alongside this, they operate as a fund manager and undertake co investment activity, providing successful candidates with exposure to the wider investment side of the business. The day to day property management function is well supported by an experienced in house FM team, allowing surveyors to focus on strategic asset management initiatives, portfolio performance and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of a mixed commercial portfolio across office, retail and industrial assets
- Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, clients and stakeholders
- Service charge budgeting, financial management and operational oversight
- Lease renewals, rent reviews, regears and wider landlord and tenant matters
- Development and implementation of asset management strategies
- Identifying and executing value add opportunities across portfolios
- Client reporting, business planning and performance analysis
- Working closely with investment, valuation and fund management teams
