Senior Asset Manager / Associate Director to oversee a portfolio of retail assets across Continental Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced asset management professional looking to take ownership of a high-quality portfolio, drive value creation initiatives, and work closely with senior stakeholders across acquisitions, asset strategy, and portfolio performance.
You will be based in the London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day asset management of a European retail property portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximise asset performance and long-term value.
- Drive leasing initiatives, tenant engagement, and value-enhancing asset management strategies.
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, capital expenditure, forecasting, and business planning.
- Manage relationships with property managers, legal advisers, technical consultants, lenders, and occupiers.
- Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, valuations, and portfolio integration projects.
- Prepare investment papers and reporting for senior management and investors.
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimise operational and financial performance across the portfolio.
About You
- Significant experience in commercial real estate asset management, ideally within retail or mixed-use assets.
- Fluent French is essential; Spanish would be advantageous.
- Strong financial, commercial, and analytical skills with experience managing complex real estate investments.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Continental Europe.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic investment environment.
