I’m working with an established, independent property consultancy looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their growing commercial management team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative environment with varied work, strong client relationships, and real career progression.
The role:
- You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets, working with a range of clients including property companies, investors, private clients and landlords.
- Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of multi-let office, retail and mixed-use assets
- Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
- Preparing client reports and providing strategic property advice
- Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations and financial reporting
- Overseeing lease compliance, landlord & tenant matters and tenant queries
- Liaising with facilities managers, contractors and consultants to ensure assets are well managed
- Supporting asset strategy and identifying opportunities to enhance portfolio performance
About you:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within commercial property management
- Experience managing commercial or mixed-use assets
- Strong understanding of landlord & tenant matters, service charges and lease obligations
- Confident communicating with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- MRICS qualified, working towards chartership or keen to progress towards qualification
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of your work
