Madison Berkeley are partnered with a highly regarded FTSE listed real estate owner and operator on two Senior Property Manager hires within one of Central London’s most recognised mixed use campuses. This is an opportunity to join a business widely regarded as one of the market leaders in placemaking, occupier experience and large scale asset management, with an exceptional reputation across the London commercial property market.
The role sits within a high performing Property Management division responsible for delivering best in class management services across a flagship commercial estate. This position operates above the level of a traditional Property Manager role, with a strong focus on leadership, operational oversight and stakeholder management across a complex, high profile environment. The successful individual will oversee Property Managers and operational teams across multiple assets, ensuring exceptional occupier experience and service delivery throughout the estate.
Responsibilities include:
- Leadership, coaching and development of Property Management teams
- Oversight of service charge budgets and management accounts
- Building strong relationships with office and retail occupiers
- Oversight of health & safety and operational compliance
- Working alongside Property Managers and Technical Managers across the portfolio
- Driving ESG initiatives including energy, waste and sustainability management
- Ensuring best in class customer experience across the estate
