They are now seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join their wider retail team to drive their prime retail & leisure portfolio in London to be the place of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver portfolio business plans, including leasing, re-gears, rent reviews and development initiatives.
  • Drive asset performance through robust financial analysis, valuations, cashflows and underwriting.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Champion ESG and social impact objectives, working closely with tenants and internal teams.
  • Act as client to property management, marketing and development teams to create attractive, high-performing destinations.
  • Build strong tenant and community relationships and represent the business externally.
  • Apply strong retail, F&B and wider property market insight to influence tenant mix and asset strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in property asset management with demonstrable value creation.
  • Passion for retail and leisure brands.
  • Retail landlord and tenant experience.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including cashflows, valuations and financial modelling.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to build and maintain strong tenant relationships.
  • Experience sourcing, underwriting and executing investment and asset management initiatives.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
