I’m partnering with a top tier European Real Estate Investment Manager to appoint an ambitious Property Asset Manager into their London team. This is a rare opportunity to work with an institutional quality investment platform operating an entrepreneurial model across a growing UK industrial and logistics portfolio.
The role is designed as a quasi Property Asset Management position initially, giving you full visibility of assets from the ground up, before naturally evolving into a 100% Asset Management role as your experience develops. Perfect for someone who wants to move beyond traditional property management and build a long term client side asset management career.
The Role
- You’ll take early responsibility for a UK industrial and logistics portfolio while working directly alongside senior Asset Managers on value creation.
- Exposure will include business planning, asset strategy, leasing initiatives, refurbishment and repositioning projects.
- Portfolio performance analysis, supporting acquisitions and disposals.
- You’ll manage the operational side of assets initially, giving you a deep understanding of income, tenants and building performance which feeds directly into asset management decision making.
- Over time, the role transitions into a fully-fledged Asset Management position, focused on strategy, investment performance and value add delivery.
- You’ll sit directly within the investor platform with day to day access to decision makers.
