This is far from a traditional property management role. Sitting between Property Management and Asset Management, you'll have the opportunity to influence how buildings perform commercially, enhance occupier experience and work closely with internal stakeholders to maximise the value of an impressive Central London portfolio.

Working across a portfolio of predominantly London office assets, you'll be responsible for ensuring properties operate efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve performance and enhance value. You'll work closely with operational teams, finance, leasing and senior leadership, giving you broad exposure across the business and a genuine opportunity to develop your asset management skills.
- Managing a portfolio of high quality commercial office assets.
- Building strong relationships with occupiers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting asset performance and identifying opportunities to improve income and value.
- Overseeing service charge, budgets and operational performance.
- Working alongside leasing and finance teams on business planning.
- Supporting landlord and tenant matters and lease events.
You'll ideally have experience managing London offices, with a genuine interest in developing your asset management expertise. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes care of their portfolio and wants to be part of a forward-thinking business.
