Project Manager | Private Sector Residential
Madison Berkeley are working with an established property and construction consultancy to recruit a Project Manager focused on private sector residential developments.
Working closely with developer clients, you’ll coordinate consultants and contractors and help drive projects through design and delivery. Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing project programmes, budgets and risks.
• Coordinating design teams and monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Maintaining strong client relationships, providing clear updates and resolving issues as they arise.
We'd be keen to speak with Project Managers who have residential experience, ideally gained within a consultancy, and are confident managing both project delivery and client relationships.
