Madison Berkeley is delighted to be working exclusively with ACRE Capital Real Estate, a multi award winning investment agency with a market-leading track record year on year. Due to expansion, they are seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst to join their market leading industrial investment team.
They have an exceptional client list and understanding of the UK market, with client service that is second to none.
Role & Responsibilities- Joining one of the leading industrial investment teams in the market, working with institutional grade properties on market leading transactions.
- Supporting the Partners and wider team on all analytical roles and aspects of client reporting and transactional work on live sales and acquisitions.
- Focusing on building and interrogating business plan assumptions and DCFs in both Excel and utilising external modelling software.
- Research / Data Processing – maintaining databases and utilising in-house data and external programs to support client advice, underwriting, reporting and IC requirements.
- Using AI tools to innovate client offerings, prepare market research and highlight data trends.
- An Analyst with a strong understanding of cash flow modelling in Excel and analytics.
- Circa 2-4 years of industry experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as a strong work ethic.
- Experience and/or interest in the industrial sector.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- A degree in real estate, maths, finance, or economics; MRICS is not essential.
