Given market conditions this is a rare opportunity for a newly qualified MRICS Investment Surveyor / Agent to join a highly respected, market leading investment agency. This role offers the chance to gain hands on experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, working across a variety of investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Due Diligence: Conduct detailed financial and market analysis. Prepare marketing brochures and investor materials. Manage inspections, interest schedules, and the legal process.
  • Acquisitions Due Diligence: Perform financial appraisals, run cash flows and market research. Draft detailed purchase reports and advisory letters. Assist clients in making informed investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (investment experience preferred, but valuations background considered).
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with financial modelling is beneficial (training available).
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Office based role, reporting to multiple Partners.
