Madison Berkeley are currently working on a really interesting opportunity with an entrepreneurial real estate lending platform looking to hire an experienced Project Monitoring / Development professional into a highly commercial role. The role sits directly within the lender and will involve a mix of:

  • Reviewing and challenging external monitoring surveyor reports
  • Managing live development finance situations
  • Problem-solving across distressed or complex projects
  • Working closely with borrowers, consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Assessing cost-to-complete, programme risk and development viability
  • Site visits across a national portfolio

The business is particularly interested in individuals who combine strong technical credibility with commercial judgement and the confidence to operate autonomously in a lean environment. Likely backgrounds could include:
