Management Surveyor for a FTSE 250 Investor overseeing a flagship Central London office portfolio. Up to £70,000 plus extensive benefits.
I’m partnered with a circa £2bn FTSE 250 Commercial Real Estate Investor, a genuine market leader with a brand that carries serious weight on your CV. They are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee part of a flagship Central London office portfolio. Opportunities of this calibre are rare.
You will take ownership of day-to-day lease and tenant management, service charge budgeting and reconciliation, reporting, compliance, and oversight of managing agents. You will also work closely with finance, legal, and asset management teams on lease events and wider asset initiatives.
This role offers far more than traditional Property Management exposure. You will work closely with the in-house Asset Management team, gaining insight into how assets are repositioned, managed, and invested into from a client-side perspective. There is real opportunity to shadow asset managers, get involved in development activity and Cat A refurbishments, and build a broader commercial understanding of asset performance.
You will be supported by a strong internal structure, including experienced FM and finance teams, allowing you to focus on higher value, strategic aspects of the portfolio rather than purely operational delivery. This is a business that offers genuine responsibility, backed by a high performing and visible senior team. High standards are expected, but autonomy and trust are central to how they operate.
What they are looking for:
- Strong commercial Property Management experience
- Confident managing service charges, tenants, and lease events
- Comfortable working with institutional clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong organisation and reporting capability
- At least three years commercial Management Surveying experience
Package:
- Salary up to £70,000
- Market leading non-contributory pension
- Substantial discretionary bonus
- Share incentives
- Extended family leave
- Hybrid working
- Full additional benefits package
Why this business:
This is not just another Property Management role. It’s an opportunity to move client side, take real ownership of assets and gain exposure that will materially accelerate your long-term career.
