The role offers genuine ownership of a diverse portfolio, working closely with Asset Management, Facilities Management, centre teams and finance. The structure is lean, entrepreneurial and non-corporate, with surveyors trusted to make decisions and given exposure well beyond traditional property management.
The role:
- Day-to-day management of a high-quality retail and mixed-use portfolio
- Close collaboration with Asset Management on value-add strategies
- Service charge budgeting, occupier management and operational performance
- Exposure to lettings, capex projects, repositioning and ESG initiatives
- Direct involvement in commercial and strategic decision-making
