We're exclusively representing a high-growth commercial property business looking to appoint an Associate Director CRM Lead into its Central London team. This isn't a traditional Property Management role. It's a strategic, client-facing position for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, influencing portfolio strategy and having a genuine seat at the table.

You'll be the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of key clients, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape asset strategy, identify opportunities and contribute to the wider growth of the business. Managing a predominantly Central London office portfolio, with some retail and industrial exposure, you'll act as a trusted adviser rather than simply delivering day-to-day property management.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, influence business decisions and play an active role in driving client retention, fee growth and wider business development.

The Stand Outs

  • £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus & package
  • 1 day working from home
  • Lead Client Relationship Manager for key commercial clients
  • A genuine seat at the table with direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Influence client strategy and wider business decisions
  • Portfolio tailored around your experience and preferred asset class
  • Clear route to Director
  • Entrepreneurial culture where your ideas are listened to and acted upon

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong Commercial Property Management background
  • Enjoys developing long-term client relationships
  • Thinks commercially and strategically
  • Wants more influence than a traditional Property Management role offers
  • Is ready to step into a position where they'll help shape both client outcomes and the future direction of the business

If you're looking for a role where you'll have real influence, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to help shape a growing business, I'd be happy to tell you more.
