A fast-growing UK real estate investment and development platform is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join its expanding team. The business has an established and growing portfolio across the living and commercial sectors, with a strong focus on value creation, operational excellence, and sustainable development. The Role

You will take ownership of a portfolio of UK assets, driving performance through business plan execution, operational oversight, financial analysis, leasing strategy, ESG initiatives, and stakeholder management. The role offers broad exposure across acquisitions, development, stabilisation, and operational assets, making it ideal for someone commercially minded who enjoys responsibility, pace, and variety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day asset management across living and commercial investments
  • Drive asset-level performance including NOI, occupancy, rental growth, retention, and valuation enhancement
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and value-add initiatives
  • Oversee leasing strategy, operational performance, and CapEx programmes
  • Manage external partners including agents, valuers, consultants, and lenders
  • Maintain and scenario-test financial models and cashflow forecasts
  • Support valuation processes, refinancing activity, and investment recommendations
  • Collaborate with development, finance, ESG, and marketing teams across the portfolio
  • Produce regular reporting for leadership, investors, and lenders
  • Support ESG and sustainability initiatives including energy performance improvements and operational efficiencies

About You

  • 3–8 years’ real estate experience, ideally with residential/living sector exposure, pure office experience will be considered
  • Strong understanding of the full real estate lifecycle
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
  • Experience in valuation, leasing strategy, and business planning
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Degree educated in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • RICS qualification preferred but not essential
