The firm operates across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, mixed-use and residential, and is known for delivering complex, high-profile projects and long-term value for institutional capital partners. Reporting into an Asset Management Director, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role with responsibility for a varied portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing asset-level business plans, driving value through leasing strategies, active management and identifying asset enhancement opportunities. The role offers exposure to both stabilised assets and more complex, value-add situations.
- Preparation and execution of asset business plans
- Driving leasing activity and managing external agents to reduce vacancy
- Identifying and delivering value-add initiatives (refurbishment, repositioning, income enhancement)
- Oversight of property managers and professional advisors
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and wider lease events
- Budgeting, reporting and performance analysis across the portfolio
Proven asset management experience within UK real estate. Expertise within UK Industrial and/or Office properties. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of property fundamentals. Experience managing agents, advisors and leasing teams. Commercial, proactive and solutions-focused.
