Exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced asset management professional to join a prestigious and well-established real estate portfolio team, managing a diverse and high-profile Central London commercial property portfolio. This client-side role offers direct involvement in the strategic and day-to-day management of a range of multi-let and single-let office, retail, and industrial assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving value through proactive asset management, supporting investment strategy execution, and contributing to long-term portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of investment strategies across the commercial property portfolio.
- Deliver proactive asset management initiatives to enhance value and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain detailed asset business plans, including IRR and NPV modelling.
- Assist in acquisitions, disposals, and headlease restructuring activity.
- Ensure ESG and City Climate Action Standards are embedded across all asset decisions.
- Manage and monitor consultant appointments and legal documentation with solicitors.
Candidate Profile
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent) with demonstrable post-qualification experience in asset management, ideally with a focus on commercial real estate.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in property modelling, valuations, and business planning.
- A strategic mindset with a proactive and commercial approach to asset enhancement.
- Knowledge of ESG integration and a commitment to sustainability in property management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with internal and external advisors.
