The Role
You’ll play a hands-on role in driving asset performance, working across the full lifecycle of investments - from underwriting through to exit. The role is sector-agnostic, with exposure across all major real estate asset classes. Joining a lean team, you will gain early responsibility, direct exposure to investment decision-making, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimise asset-level business plans
- Monitor performance vs underwriting; identify risks and value creation opportunities
- Build and run detailed financial models (incl. sensitivities)
- Support underwriting and structuring of new investments
- Prepare investment committee materials and investor reporting
- Work closely with sponsors, lenders, and advisors
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years’ experience in real estate, investment, or finance
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Solid grounding in real estate fundamentals
