Madison Berkeley are delighted to be working on a fantastic Investment Manager opportunity with a highly regarded London real estate platform undergoing an exciting period of evolution and growth. The business owns and operates a substantial London-focused office portfolio serving thousands of SME, creative and growth-stage businesses. Backed by a strong leadership team and a clear long-term strategy, the company is investing heavily in both its portfolio and operating platform as it enters its next phase of expansion.

The role will suit someone who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and wants broad exposure across acquisitions, disposals, portfolio strategy and capital allocation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investment underwriting and financial modelling (DCF, IRR, NPV)
  • Supporting acquisitions and disposals
  • Due diligence, transaction execution and stakeholder management
  • Market analysis and investment research
  • Preparing investment committee materials and board reporting
  • Working closely with agents, valuers, lawyers and internal teams
  • Portfolio and valuation analysis across operational real estate assets

Ideal background:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a real estate-related role, ideally MRICS
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Investment, valuation, advisory or consultancy backgrounds all considered
  • Commercial mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience across London real estate preferred
  • Exposure to operational/flex assets advantageous but not essential
