Base pay range Madison Berkeley is excited to be working exclusively with one of the UK’s top build to rent developers and operators. They have exciting plans to quadruple the size of the portfolio in the next five years and are subsequently looking for an investment/development analyst to join their team based in Central London. They currently have 1500 homes under management with 500 under construction that are due to be completed this year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior directors and provide support to the assets and strategy team on investment analysis and strategy developments. We are looking for candidates that have circa one to two years experience as an analyst within the real estate sector. Ideally experience within the residential space but this is not essential. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Working closely with and providing support to the Assets and Strategy Team on portfolio management and strategy developments. Assisting the Investment Director on new acquisitions, including producing comprehensive financial models and being closely involved in all aspects of transactions. Producing institutional board presentations and reports. Working with and supporting other internal departments including Lettings, Operations, Finance, and Business Intelligence Team. Contributing to the formation and implementation of the portfolio and investment strategy through regular updates of the analysis in the business financial model.
