A highly active and entrepreneurial real estate development business is looking to appoint an Investment Associate to join its growing investment team in Central London. With a substantial pipeline of mixed use, residential, BTR, PBSA, co living and hospitality developments, this is an opportunity to gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle within a fast paced and commercially driven environment.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with senior leadership across acquisitions, development finance, investment analysis, fundraising, and transaction execution. The role offers significant exposure to institutional investors, lenders, JV partners, and external stakeholders, with the ability to take ownership of transactions from origination through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and development appraisals
  • Prepare investment committee papers and transaction presentations
  • Support acquisitions, financing, and disposal processes
  • Coordinate due diligence and legal workstreams
  • Conduct market research and investment analysis
  • Liaise with lenders, brokers, advisors, and JV partners
  • Support fundraising and investor relations activity
  • Represent the business at industry and networking events

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
  • 5 to 8+ years’ experience within real estate investment, development, or development finance
  • Strong understanding of development funding structures and transaction execution
  • Advanced financial modelling capability
  • Experience operating in agile, entrepreneurial environments preferred
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and confident managing multiple workstreams
