Investment Analyst – Spanish Speaking | London
Madison Berkeley is excited to be working with an established European real estate investment platform who are seeking a Spanish-speaking Investment Analyst to support its expansion in Spain, with a focus on industrial and logistics assets.
Based in London, with frequent travel to Madrid and Barcelona, this opportunity combines detailed investment analysis with hands‑on deal origination and relationship building.
The role
- Build and maintain sophisticated Excel models to assess investment and development opportunities.
- Underwrite acquisitions, analyse cash flows and returns, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Source opportunities through direct outreach to Spanish landlords and relationships with agents and brokers.
- Support due diligence, project budgeting and investment reporting.
- Prepare clear analysis and presentations for senior decision-makers.
About you
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
- Exceptional Excel modelling skills and strong quantitative abilities.
- Ideally 1-2 years experience but they will consider candidates with more experience.
- A solid understanding of real estate investment, valuation and the development lifecycle.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders and comfortable making proactive calls to originate opportunities.
- An entrepreneurial approach and the motivation to help grow a business in the Spanish market.
- A strong quantitative academic background, or demonstrable mathematical aptitude.
- Experience with Argus, Power BI or Tableau would be advantageous.
