Role Overview:
As an Analyst, you will support investment execution and help develop new opportunities, particularly in co-living, PBSA, industrial, and healthcare real estate. You will play a key role in building detailed financial models, producing insightful analysis, and collaborating with joint venture partners to maximize both impact and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Analysis & Execution:
- Analyse new investment opportunities or sectors that align with the firm’s impact-driven investment approach across the UK and Europe.
- Build detailed financial investment and valuation models to support investment decisions.
- Draft and present investment committee papers.
- Support the due diligence process and investment execution.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with joint venture partners and external stakeholders to maximize value and impact in investments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders throughout the investment process.
- Assist with investor relations requests to support relationship management and fundraising.
Model Maintenance & Financial Support:
- Manage and update fund models, working closely with the finance team on funds flow and drawdowns.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in private equity investing, investment banking, management consulting, real estate or related sectors.
- Strong financial literacy, ideally supported by qualifications such as ACA or similar, and excellent financial modelling skills (Excel).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems using first principles.
- Excellent academic qualifications with a degree-level education or relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks as a self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
