We’re supporting a top-tier private real estate investment manager with over £2.5bn+ of projects under development across the UK and Europe. The firm is active across the living sectors (BTR, PBSA, Co-Living) and is known for its data-driven approach, sustainability focus, and collaborative culture.
This newly created Investment Analyst position offers exceptional exposure to acquisitions, capital raising, development, and strategy, working alongside a highly experienced leadership team in London.
The Role- Support the underwriting and execution of new UK and European living-sector investments.
- Conduct market research, financial modelling, and sensitivity analysis across multiple deal types.
- Assist in due diligence, investment papers, and transaction coordination.
- Contribute to equity and debt funding processes and investor reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams on data and performance analysis to drive decision-making.
- Experience in real estate investment, advisory, or financing (living sector exposure a plus).
- Strong financial modelling (DCF, IRR, sensitivities) and analytical capability.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics; postgraduate or CFA progress an advantage.
- Broad deal exposure across acquisitions, funding, and strategy.
