Head of Commercial Property Management Location: South West London Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + bonus/commission Sector: Commercial Property Management An established independent property consultancy is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial Property Management to take ownership of a substantial commercial portfolio across South West London. The business manages approximately 140–150 commercial properties and 200+ leases , predominantly for private investors and HNW clients. The portfolio covers retail, offices, industrial and other specialist commercial assets . This is a senior, hands-on role with plenty of autonomy. Alongside the day-to-day management of the portfolio, you will have the opportunity to review how it is structured, improve efficiencies and identify additional fee opportunities from the existing client base.
