Looking to kick-start your career in sustainability within commercial real estate? A growing, sustainability-led property business is hiring a Graduate Sustainability Surveyor to join their London team. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across both ESG strategy and real asset operations from day one. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across ESG and Property Management, supporting the delivery of sustainability initiatives across a high-quality commercial portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting ESG reporting and performance tracking (energy, carbon, water, waste)
  • Assisting with frameworks such as GRESB, CRREM, NABERS UK and MEES
  • Working alongside Property Managers on day-to-day asset operations
  • Engaging with occupiers and supporting sustainability initiatives on-site
  • Contributing to compliance, data management, and asset performance reviews

Why this role stands out:

  • Blend of sustainability + property management (not a siloed ESG role)
  • Strong exposure to real assets and major clients from day 1
  • Clear development pathway into a well-rounded surveyor position
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, ESG-focused platform

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Sustainability, Real Estate, Environmental or similar
